Have you ever wondered how major IT consultancies efficiently deploy their engineers, aligning each unique skillset with the most fitting projects? At Conclusion Mediaan, we want to use your skills to redefine this process, creating an innovative matchmaking experience that maximizes project and talent potential. Our goal is to ensure that every project match leads to success.
Our vision consists of a matchmaking platform where consultancy projects are allocated automatically based on a deeper understanding of skill requirements. We aim to construct a recommender system proficient in matching project needs to the consultants’ current learning trajectory. This system will identify skills intricately linked to those consultants already possess and the most important skills for projects in the pipeline.
Our ambition extends beyond a basic skills match. We are not solely focused on the right skillset, but also on integrating factors like consultant availability and their satisfaction with the (current) project. We want to enrich our system to ensure management can allocate engineers with a comprehensive and explainable overview of all relevant factors.
The success of your work will directly impact current processes for pairing engineers with Conclusion Mediaan partners, placing your software in the hands of actual business managers and enhancing the work lives of many present and future employees.

We seek a small team of 2-3 full-stack developers (students) (Dutch or English) with a passion for data. Proficiency in data science is a plus. We aim to assemble a team based on their individual interests, so you will have the opportunity to specialize in the discipline you have the most affinity for. You will be working with a front-end framework alongside a back-end of your choosing. Additionally, you will have the chance to implement real-world resources using Azure Cloud
