Job description
Raw Stadia is searching for “a can do” person focused on Project coordination.
You will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects within our organization, from the initial idea through to completion.
You coordinate people processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.
You play the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing out projects. You are accountable for the entire project scope, resources, the project budget, and the success of the project.
This includes setting and managing client expectations, developing a detailed project plan, defining the scope of the project and assigning team members to specific tasks.

You will also be responsible for setting up our supply chain, managing the production of the required deliverables, planning and monitoring the process.
Your duties in this job:
• Responsible for Supply chain and product coordination
• Performing market research for the products, e.g. using customer feedback
• Scientific and Marketing monitoring among the salesforce and clients (answering questions, providing explanations, adapting material, etc.)
• Help prepare the annual development budget and assigning it to different product lines
• Take ownership of projects

Essential Operational skills:
• Develop and execute strategic and operational product strategies on both short & long term
• Have a clear understanding of the product life cycle
• Create product business cases in collaboration with the sales/marketing team using sales prognoses and the translation of external trends as input
• Define and realize product positioning in collaboration with sales/marketing team (product, price, place, promotion)
• Help prepare annual product budget for all product lines and perform continuous monitoring of the budget
• Create functional requirements of high-quality including user stories with acceptance criteria based on market insights, perform product validation
• Collaborate with developers helping them to understand the requirements and find the best technical solution
• Provide product training and materials to salesforce
• Provide product (roadmap) information and reports and present to internal and external stakeholders
• Define, structure, write project proposals in line with the product roadmap
• Manage projects with internal and external partners, monitoring project budget, resources, and deliverables
Profile
• Take the initiative, operating proactively, enthusiastically and creatively
• Experience (+/-5 years)
• Multi-lingual (Dutch, French and English)
• “Hands on” and skilled at project coordination
• Good writing skills in English
• Knowledge of CRM and MC Office packages
• Analytical skills
