Raw Stadia is a dynamic scale-up company operating in the Sports Tech and Data industry. Since our initial market entry in April 2019, we have steadily grown, cultivating a dedicated customer base across more than 20 countries. Located in Hasselt, Belgium, Raw Stadia has pioneered a cutting-edge software platform and accompanying devices. Our innovative solutions empower elite sporting organizations and clubs to objectively assess playing surface conditions before training sessions and games. By doing so, we provide valuable insights into how these conditions impact athlete performance and well-being.
About the role
In our relentless pursuit of market expansion and diversification of our product portfolio into a multi-sport platform, we are on the lookout for a Marketing Manager. This role carries the responsibility of executing and contributing to the marketing strategy. You will be an integral part of a young, forward-thinking team at the Corda Campus in Hasselt, known for its “get-things-done” mentality. You will report to the Sales & Marketing Director.
Main responsibilities
● Contribute and execute the marketing plan.
● Manage Raw Stadia’s presence across various social media channels.
● Ensure our website remains up to date and explore opportunities to enhance conversion rates.
● Regularly distribute informative newsletters, build and spread testimonials and whitepapers to our prospects, users and clients.
● Provide essential sales documents to support our Sales Team in closing deals.
● Plan and coordinate events.
● Proactively seek new opportunities aligned with our marketing objectives.
● Act as the voice of Raw Stadia and be the guardian of our visual brand.

What you bring
● A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role with comparable responsibilities and objectives.
● Full proficiency in both written and verbal English.
● A keen eye for design.
● The ability to work autonomously and identify opportunities in alignment with the company’s mission.
● A genuine passion for sports.
● An affinity for a dynamic, flat-structured work environment characterized by a ‘Work Hard, Play Hard’ culture.
