Cubigo is a fully customizable integrated community platform that connects staff, residents and family members within senior living. We digitize the daily services in these communities including activities, communication, dining, maintenance and transportation. We increase staff efficiency, improve workflows, foster resident empowerment and enable family involvement. The Cubigo technology provides reporting & analytics, roles & rights management, wellness tracking and smart integrations with your software partners.
We are looking for a new colleague with a curious mind, able to multitask and a willingness to dive into the lives of people working and living in senior living environments. Within the Cubigo product team, you will have the opportunity to practice and sharpen your knowledge in design thinking, creative problem solving & UX/UI design. All this within a high achieving and enthusiastic work environment.
Your role
● Analyze the various stakeholders for the Cubigo platform
● Develop a vision and strategy for new products, modules and services
● Create and evaluate different user tests of various Cubigo products
● Produce attractive pixel perfect designs with reliable, accessible & credible ergonomics
● Work closely with developers to achieve the most stylish and efficient interface
● Update and maintain the Cubigo design system
● Produce visually stunning assets and presentations for sales meetings
● Produce marketing materials for fairs, trainings or other events
● Redesign, update and maintain our company website (nocode / Webflow)
● Provide design for all platforms: Mobile (iOS & Android), web, tablet, watch and TV

Vaardigheden
● You have 3-5 years experience in interaction design and can showcase relevant skills in a portfolio
● Figma (preferred) or Sketch + Invision are tools you are familiar with
● Your area of expertise is UX/UI design, but you are also open to other disciplines such as service-, print-, graphic- & motion design
● Independent and efficient, you can adapt to operational constraints and rapidly changing business requirements
● Being multi-skilled, you know how to approach your project with a new look in order to imagine solutions that are concrete and focused on users
● You can work in a professional environment in Dutch/English
● You will be able to work side by side with other people in the product team such product managers, analysts and more
● You are able to write great copy that captivates users on our website and applications
● Knowledge of video editing is a plus
● Knowledge of QA processes and willingness to get involved in testing yourself is a plus
