Simplex Employee Benefits

Simplex is the result of a partnership between the accountants and auditors office Van Havermaet and Bob Daenen, who, given his knowhow, was approached for the development of an Employee Benefits department. Up until 2010, this partnership was nothing more than a consultancy-based collaboration under the name ‘Daenen-Van Havermaet’.

 

Today, Simplex comprises two legal entities: Simplex Insurance (Herent), which charges a commission, and Simplex Employee Benefits (Hasselt), which charges a consultancy fee. Simplex aims to provide its clients with the independent and integrated advice, as well as the knowledge and insights they need to take the right decisions in terms of supplementary pensions and accompanying personal insurance. Simplex has a varied client base, from large companies to one-man businesses. Simplex supports its clients with professional assistance on employee benefits and actuarial consultancy. Any financial, fiscal, legal and social consequences are always taken into account. Simplex aims to provide a clear and transparent overview of even the most complex issues. In a nutshell, Simplex makes it all simple!
